Game starts lagging at long atmospheric flights.

Recommended Posts

I start the flight with no lag whatsoever but along the way my ram usage increases as time passes. Now i hit the 4th hour of the flight at high altitude going 1400m/s+ and game dropped to 10fps. What might be the cause of this? Temp gauges were closed from the begining of the flight.

Hmm so closing them isn't enough? Everyone says that closing them fixes it but i can't be sure at this point. Going to have to give the mod a try i guess. Could there be another cause to this?

I don't know if just disabling them is enough to prevent them from leaking memory, but there's a mod that somehow disabled them entirely and it had fixed my same issue with it.

Temperature Gauge Killer does not permanently disable the leaking gauges. By default the gauges are on, Temperature Gauge Killer switches this to default off. You can still toggle them with [F10].

If thats how it works that is not going to solve my problem if the temperature gauges are causing it even when closed. Maybe my problem isn't about temprature gauges. Well any other idea?
