Game is unplayable due to bug

So, I started a new career recently and am now quite far in it. But I'm having a problem that makes the game unplayable. After launching a craft, the view goes black. I better show a screenshot for explanation.

I know, there was such a problem before, but I don't want go trough 200 threads to find it.I also put my Gamedata and player.log up.

I had the same thing happen to me - I only had Kerbal Engineer and MechJeb installed at the time. I uninstalled and reinstalled KE and it hasn't happened since (knock on wood). I have since installed used CKAN to monitor my mod installations and it is great for letting me know conflicts or updates to mods. https://github.com/KSP-CKAN/CKAN/

Strange, this bug only occurs when I launch a specific craft. It works fine when I remove stage recovery.

Edit:

Nope, re-installing Kerbal Engineer didn't help.
