THE MULTIFARIOUS CHALLENGE

Have you ever built a boat, plane, or VTOL craft? Well, now you have to combine all 3 :cool:

Multifarious means multiple btw

So, to win this challenge you must build all 3 of these things COMBINED. Sounds easy right?

Want to now why not? It must be one stage.

mwahahaha...

Rules :

Must be in one stage.

No copying

Have Fun :D

Requirements :

Boat must move it water and maneuver.

Plane must have at least 2 wings, a way to fly in the air,

and at least 1 vertical stabilizer.

VTOL must be able to take off and land vertically.

SUBMARINE must go under water at least -100m and resurface.

Easy

Build only 2 of these combined

Multiple stages are allowed

Moderate

Build with all requirements

-BlueCanary

-

Hard

Build with all requirements plus 6 kerbals

without using seats

-

-

SUPER HARDCORE

Same as hard only you must add a

submarine mode

Is a submarine even possible in stock? My entry coming soon, probably moderate but with six kerbals since I have no idea where to start with submarines.

EDIT: Saw your edit, Hard mode entry coming soon, current testing is looking surprisingly good.

Do you have some sort of strict definition difference that makes normal VTOLs not planes?

Are you specifically looking for a seaplane with VTOL capability?

For example, does this count as a plane? (From an older version of KSP)

A plane must have 2 wings, at least one way to move in the air, and at least 1 vertical stabilizer. That counts as a plane in this comp. It looks like that craft has the requirements to be a plane, so yes.

If its because of the speed then no, it is a boat. The speed was unnecessary for a requirement.

Ok, that's good because otherwise my new entry wouldn't count as a boat either (it can do 45m/s but things tend to fall off, it can do 38.6m/s safely though).

Here it is, I had to cut a lot of fuel and kerbal space to get it to float (things seem way less floaty than pre-1.0) but it is a much better boat than my old one:
