NAvball switched orientation

Every career mode I start, seems to go well til after the first day. Once the Sun comes up on the 2nd day, the Navball switches orientation and the 90degree marker is pointed at about 170degrees. Is this something to do with celestial mechanics that I don't understand, or a bug, or an easilly fixable thing that a noob like me hasn't figured out yet?

I have Kerbal engineer, KAS, KIS, KW rocketry, Mechjeb, Navyfish docking alignment indicator, and OPT addons installed.

You need to realign the command module in the VAB, the direction on the pad comes from that. Pickup the command and press space then re-attach it to the rest of the rocket.
