My rocket Has too high of a TWR. In VAB it says it has a TWR of just of 3.00 on launch pad it has a TWR of over 20.00 and pods with built in RCS or built in LES they are active in VAB and on launch here's my mod list TkvEyKL.png

any help is appreciated
