crashing after switching scenes

I keep crashing to desktop after playing around 10-15 minutes or 2-3 scene changes.

I am assuming this is a Unity issue with too many mods installed and the typical exceeding the 3.8MB of RAM. But encase its not, I am hoping someone with more technical expertise could take a look and give me some advice on what I could do to make the game run longer then 2-3 scene changes.

Computer specs:

Win 8 64bit, Intel I7, 8GB ram, Nvida 675MX

Mods installed:

52 mods installed, including ATM aggressive

CKAN mod list pg1

Same thing is still happening today. Crashing to desktop when switching from flight back to space center screens. Logs uploaded below.
