LV T45 Engine bug

Hi there, I have searched the Forums to see if anyone else has this problem but cant seem to find any info on it.

So, I started a new game and i'm on the missions where it says I need to reach orbit, make an orbit of Kerbal

I build a basic rocket with some fuel tanks, stabilizer fins and a couple of SRB's.

On the main rocket I have the LV T45 swivel motor, but it seems everytime I go to launch the Motor bugs out.

You can see it in the screenshot.

I thought it was perhaps because the Motor was sitting on the pad under the weight of the rocket, so thats why I added the SRB's to act a bit like "feet".

Even through the Motor isn't touching the ground it still bugs out.

It doesn't explode or anything it just kind of bugs out as seen in the screenshot, and the motor no longer shows in the staging list.

I've tried starting another game, and uninstalled and redownloaded the client (via Steam)

Ive also tried loading an older save where I am farther on in the game but the bug persists.

Is this well known? or is their a work around for it?
