Tourists in KSP?

Hi.

After starting my first Career Mode in 1.0, I noticed the (new?) ability to take on tourism contracts. I'm wondering- since I've just come back from a break- if there's any way to get these tourists on regular, Sandbox mode. After a couple of Google searches, I've seen mention of sending tourists up on a Sandbox ideas thread, but haven't been able to find any elaboration on that.

Any and all advice is appreciated. Thanks :)

I don't think you can, without going into the save files and explicitly setting the kerbals as Tourists, but it might be possible to just try to remember who's a tourist and who's not, but that might be a little more complicated.

I don't know how to set the kerbals as tourists in save files, sorry.
