I Forgot A Ladder?

Hello everyone! I decided to make my first trip to! But I have a problem! I noticed that my ladder was put on the wrong side of the lander, and that is not good. I don't want to have to return, because I am on's surface! Is it possible to use RCS from the EVA pack to get back up on? I hope so. Thank you!

YES! I just found myself in that situation the other day, and (thankfully) the EVA will work on Duna (just barely). This is for v1.0.2.

It depends on your design, but I'd say it's unlikely from my own past experience :'(

don't forget you can also "climb" on certain parts now.. if you can get close enough to some sort of "ledge" on your craft, you may be able to hit F and climb up on top of it and stand there/move/jump/jet to your next handhold

I've been using the eva as a jet pack for entering all the time. Works nicely on mun, minmus, duna, and ike. Kerbin has too much gravity though.

Yes, it does. The RCS was enough, I was able to do an EVA although a bad one because I had massive frame rate drop when I landed on another planet. Massive, like from 60 FPS to 8 FPS..

If you need just a bit more vertical you can plant a flag, climb it and jump from there.
