The game crashed when I tried to launch this ship and now always crashes when I try to load it in the VAB even after removing all mods

could somebody please try the file and see if it works for them, it contains no modded parts

EDIT: seems to be a mint thing, if somebody could remove the bottom stage(the last edited part) and send it back that would help my missions greatly
