Simpler alternative to exstraplanetary launchpads?

Could some one please make a simpler to use mod like extraplanetary launchpads with less resources maybe just use ore or electric charge and a building ship limit?And with a easy to transport portable stock alike VAB and SPH?And i would like to be able to launch it with the default rocket parts in KSP.And i would like it to have KSP 1.0.4 compatibility.And a optional Tweakscale feature would be nice.I like the idea of exstraplanetary launchpads but that one seems a little confusing.Thanks for helping.

Just put the Exstraplanetary launch pad mod in then put the Easylaunchpad folder in gamedata?And is this config future proof?Thanks for making it.
