Adding subassemblies still messes up staging

In abstract, staging queues should be a <queue> of <stages>.

Adding a sub assembly should add to the end of the <queue> all of the <stages> sequentially

What occurs is a strange blending of <stages> so you end up with a <queue> of <stages> that you have to try and work out.

Honestly, I really like the idea of subassemblies but every single time I implement them, I have half an hour of figuring out the staging again because the automation has completely fubarred them.
