There is a plug-in/mod that shows RCS thrust direction.. can't remember the name.

As the title says ^, from what I remember it was shown in the VAB a lot with directional arrows once placed so that you could make sure you where getting RCS thrust where needed. I'm trying to remember the name of the mod and am drawing a blank, anyone remember the name?
