The stock ladder is not long enough for the Kerbals to reach the ground level with a typical cockpit and landing gear setup, here was my fix. I will also reveal this Long Distance Hover Craft on the Spacecraft Exchange Forum at a later date. The wheels coming out of the side of the craft is a Jumbo Fuel Tank in the cargo bay, its designed for refueling Hover Crafts and that will be part of a Hover Craft Package I plan to release soon.
