Recover the biggest decoupled part using only parachutes

With the update of 0.15 parachutes can now be attached everywhere. The challenge is now to clime to an altitude of at least 20,000 meters decouple and land. Scoring is based on how many parts you can recover. Parachutes do not count as parts. You must closely follow the decouple stage as it descends otherwise it will go on rails and be destroyed.

To start off here\'s my attempt of 5 parts.
