Strange Bluetooth Behaviour

There may be too many variables here to come up with a solution, but here is the issue.

When I'm playing KSP, my wireless keyboard will start randomly disconnecting and reconnecting, usually right before I need to make a burn. This does not occur outside of KSP with other applications. I have tried resetting PRAM, and SMC to no avail.

I have KSP 1.0.4 running on a late 2011 Macbook Pro with 8GB RAM, connected to an external monitor and using an Apple Bluetooth keyboard. I also have quite a few mods installed, notably almost all of the Near Future Packages, MKS/OKS, SpaceY, Color Coded Canisters, Kerbal Engineer, Kerbal Alarm Clock and a few others.

Has using a Mac anyone experienced this issue or have an idea of what may be the culprit?
