Fixed a bug where the Mini Swivel wasn't able to be unlocked in Science mode. Also, changed the 1st picture for Tsar, as it had the wrong thrust.

I need a vote. Should the Aeroneedle stay? It's a bother to make, and because it (and the normal aerospike) don't have a bottom node, it's basicly useless. (how the heck do I make polls. )
