I really don't know why.No promises, but I really think this time will be different.I'll try very hard to get it right this time.So, this is about what I do in KSP, with photos, in a story format.First update today! DMSP Posted July 6, 2015 Author Share Posted July 6, 2015 C'ya Barbles!A little backstory.So, Barbles Station was a station that was a stepping point for crews going around in space. It was an incredible station, and served well.However, after 100 days of service, a new module was added. It added lag, but helped the station massivly.Eventualy, parts of the station were taken off and used around Minmus and on Solar Station. A part is also in use around the Mun.The station became obsolete.So, a Probe was sent up and De-Orbited Barbles with a Rt-5 Flea, before it was ditched to save lag.Here's what happened (well, the end of it.)"Alright, Barbles is hitting the Atmosphere!" shouted Edgas at KSC. He was in charge of the Station's death because Gene was outside watching the Station through a tracker scope as it zipped 70 Kilometers above them.Everyone waited for the Plasma to form and for the probe to separate and give them some photos."Photos are coming in." Phil, sitting a few rows across from him, put the first photo from the Probe up on the screen."Wow, look at that Plasma!" Edgas said wide eyed. "How are is the chase plane looking, Tracking?" He asked."She's intercepting now." Richmond said as Cary pulled her Aeris 2A into a dive."Look what the probe just got!" Yelled Phil.Edgas glanced at his screens. "I can confirm the Forward Port broke off... And we've lost out Coms 88-88. Tell Cary to transmit the photos to CubeSat-2""Doing that now, flight." Phil forwarded the message to Cary. "Wait... Forward Port Cam 4 is sending something. It's relaying to Cary. And the CubeSat.""Open it up!""Huh." Edgas was surprised. "So much survived.""I'll look up on that." Phil replied. "Cary's sending more photos.""She's pulling out of the dive!" Phil said."And Barbles has hit the water." Edgas sat down and grabbed a drink. "Only 159 days in space. We need a better station next time"."I guess. Cary's coming home, and the CubeSat just forwarded the final image.""Splash down." Edgas muttered.Leaving the smoking wreckage behind her, Cary flew towards them.A few hours later, she landed.Her Aeris 2A had a gaping hole in its left wing.A piece of Plexiglass had hit her.That was the last time anyone ever chased a space station. I'm not doing this anymore.Real life gets in the way, reporting my missions is not for me.I can't make such a commitment...Anyway, I'll try again when I am ready.
