Help Station Contract

Hello, ive been playing KSP for a few months now. downloaded many mods such as science station, mechjeb, chartere, KIS and KAS. and the problem i have is

whenever im doing the build a space station contract, im doing one on minmus at the moment and i can get all checks except for the ''build a new station that has a docking port, antenna and can generate power.

i had an existing station in orbit of minmus which had already facilities supporting 11 kerbals, and after that i builded the new station which had the ''build a new station that has a docking port, etc'' checked, but when i sended the rocket to minmus and tried to dock with the old station everything got check except for the ''build a new station that has a docking port, etc''.

anyone knows what can i do to fix that? i got this big station and i wanna keep using it for further missions so i wanna get the money from the contract without having to use the debug menu to complete it.
