Landing on land is boring! To fix the revolting, "classic" way of landing, I built an airstrip that's able to support anything you throw at it (warranty void if any object thrown at it)! So let's get to the features!

(I recommend KJR to make sure folding and other events do not occur)

I see. The struts are necessary, without them, even with KJR, it folds in on itself.

Hmmm... some welding (the part welding mod) could help keeping it straight and not laggy, I think. It could also help extending the "runway".

It's longer then it looks. Gonna try a welding mod.

All I can see is a mess of explosions and debris when I think about trying to land something on it in the way you'd normally land on a runway.

You gotta use drag chutes and an un-throttled engine.
