[WIP]Contract Pack: Surface Exploration

I've thinked on this and I do very like the idea of rover contracts. But this wouldn't limitate to this only also will have something like little scientist outpost on any planet or moon surface. A rover contract should be like get from this point to this point with a rover. I don't like to be driving a lot of time so the distances aren't going to be so large. A scientist outpost would need to have a science lab and two scientist on board. That's the initial Idea of this.

Initial Contract: Set up field station in a specific biome. (Could be up to one each for each biome type, as they are all geologically different)

Second Contract: Equip and Man Field Station. (send over the rover and personnel, field station requires min of 2 Scientists and 1 Engineer [because, something always breaks])

Third Contract(s): science done within the biome.

Additional Support Contracts: Resupply, Repair parts, Updated science equipment (as it is unlocked), etc. etc.

This pack could trigger after the base construction has been completed on specific planets beyond Kerbin.

Finding a role for rovers is tricky. They're too slow for long distances, and can even be outdone on short distances by an EVA or quick lander hop. Where they would excel, though, is in exploring small, close together areas while carrying equipment too big for a single Kerbal.

Nice ideas. I do really like the order of the missions. And this would be great for KIS and maybe only for that because you could send some cargo on the rover and the science equipment. And the Resupply missions are a must on this. I don't know how if to make that requirement of the bases because this is supossed to be something before the bases but maybe.

Yeah that's sad but this Contract Pack should give them some use. And with KIS, the rovers are able to move containers around the surface.

Another thing you can do is to detect an existing rover (using the method in the tourism contract), and offer a contract to drive it to a new point X km away. You can accomplish this by putting a waypoint at the rover location (making it hidden) and then using the RANDOM_WAYPOINT_NEAR with a min/max distance to create a new waypoint for the player to drive to.

Yeah that would be great. I'll implement that on the rover contract. So this would work for existing rovers and the one created by the prev. contract
