Minmus satellite delivery contract not completing.

In career mode on a clean installation of 1.0.4 32-bit (I have the Asteroid Day mod installed), I accepted a satellite delivery for an equatorial orbit around Minmus. It's requirements are as follows:

• Launch a new probe with power generating ability and communications devices
  
• Reach the designated equatorial orbit within marginal deviation:
  
• (+)Orbital Specifics
  
• Apoapsis: 270,338 m
  
• Periapsis: 257,256 m
  
• Inclination: 180 degrees
  
• Longitude of Ascending Node: Undefined
  
• Argument of Periapsis: Undeifined
  
  
• Have a thermometer on the satellite
  
• Keep stable orbit for at least 10 seconds

I had green check marks on all of these, save for the second one, which is bizarre as my orbit's parameters were:

• Apoapsis: 270,520
  
• Periapsis: 257,842
  
• Inclination: 179.9 degrees.

The ascending and descending nodes display the relative inclination between your vessel and the target orbit, not between your vessel and the body you are orbiting.
