Mechjeb CSS poblem

I am on 1.0.4 and I have the latest version of CSS. Whenever I launch it with mechjeb KSP shows that mechjeb is pitching up as hard as it can but the pitch of the space shuttle would decrease and start decsending. Can someone help I am using the default mechjeb ascent settings 3.5 km turn or 100 m/s and 40% path.
