(WIP) 3.5 meters ore tanks, someone wants to continue it?

About a month ago I started to make a large ore tank, to fit into 3.5 meters stacks, but I'm coming to the conclusion that I'm not going to properly refine it and finish it, since I don't really have the free time to dedicate to it.

My idea was to have a tank comparable in size to the largest kerbodyne tank and with the same dry mass than the fuel tanks - which is a bit of a cheat, but allows to suck an asteroid dry without killing the cpu with the part count and have refueling space stations ready to refuel anything that comes to refuel.

But, since I'm not going to continue with it, if someone wants to, here are the fbx files for the model, the part.cfg and the texture (pretty much a shameless ripoff Squad textures). The dimensions are a bit off, as the tank is bit larger, and I think a proper texture is needed. Other than that, a half size 3.5 m tank might also be a good idea.

I guess there should be a license here, but I don't know much about licenses types. Which one is the one for "do as you wish, just say I've started it"?
