Arrow (Tiny orbital shuttle)

Here you the Arrow!

A little simmetrical shuttle, orbit capable to ferry your crew in orbit or stations.

Comes with launch system (mantain a low trayectory!) and an emergency parachute (never used but security is never enought with Jeb in command!! )

Be careful to not have a too short traiectory on reentry, it's better to sligtly overshoot and turn back later.. Tested in 1.0.4.
