Gimbals For Solid Rocket Booster

This idea came up during the live stream from the Intrepid Space and Science Festival.

The three were attempting to assemble a space shuttle. The design was very sharp.

Then EJ suggested gimbals on SRB's and Das and Nasaman agreed.

This should be cakewalk to accomplish in stock and would add further diversity.

Edit:

They finally accomplished the task by using liquid fuel boosters. The eight Mainsails produced all the necessary control authority and reached space on the initial launch and docked with the orbiting K-ISS.

I wouldn't mind seeing this, given that there is real-life precedent for gimballed SRBs:

Each SRB had two hydraulic gimbal servoactuators, to move the nozzle up/down and side-to-side. This provided thrust vectoring to help control the vehicle in all three axes (roll, pitch, and yaw).
