Mod for rendezvous

Are there any mods outside of mechjeb for rendezvousing? I feel like mechjeb is overkill and I find myself ruining the game for myself using it and was wondering if there was one simply for rendezvousing.

Actually, you just need to learn the right moment to launch, and a rendezvous it's not difficult at all. Launch when the target ship is more or less completely on the head of your rocket, burn to reach an apoapsis slightly higher than the target orbit and you'll have your rendezvous with your orbital insertion burn.

For simple Hohmann transfers, there's not a standalone mod that I know of. There's KSP TOT which is an external program that's like MechJeb on steroids, minus the autopilot.
