Somewhere in your save file, this must exist... Having a quick look in mine, I'd be very suspicious of:

Thanks! I will take a look. Playing a Science game, I should just be able to click on the runway and have a window pop up for repair - like the launchpad ... but for some reason, it's not doing that.

Solved the problem!

Thanks to the mod who moved the thread here for me... I should have known better to put it here in the first place.

Sometimes the window may be at the top left corner regardless of your current cursor position.
