i don't like the multiplayer pew pew pow pow boom boom aspect wich to me is a poor commercial choice in the said "game universe" aside that it's a very good concept and dev team.

i would have prefered to see something like fighting "space dinosaur" or "alien" than being that much "human player vs human player" oriented

but hey ; you know ; investor behind and tralalala exchange market ...

A good couple of hours I've enjoyed myself with this game, even in single-player.

It gives me great fun starting from (almost) nothing to making big sprawling monstrosities!

Some things are keeping me from loving it 100%.

SE is very resource intensive. My computer is simply not up to the task of generating and sustaining medium to big environments, let alone, multi-player ones.

Also, the creators have the habit of feature-creep. Optimisations are rare.

For now mostly watching for visual/aesthetics enhancement/"parts variety" vanilla (notice this is specific to SE and i don't apply the same reasoning for KSP, for wich i found cartoonistic approach better just missing a few more texture homogenisation) and planet implementation (// with medieval engi) before going back in.

(as the scenaristic scripting is on going since a few update wich is pretty cool 4 solo and multi related to SE)

Also mostly see SE in it's current form like a reduced and rough muddler of/for "star citizen" in some aspect and in term of potential long term ... time will tell

(and i expect it too be much more than that)

Yep. Space Engineers is an awesome game, 750+ hours on the record. Watch your system, though, my ultrabook (low TDP I7 + Intel HD 5500) went from 70 fps in empty world (high setting) to 4 fps when I finished my 300-block (600 m) battlecruiser (low setting + windowed 800x600).
