Gilly and Eve space station

I'm bringing a space station around Eve. If I don't have a Eve lander yet, I want to explore Gilly.

Gilly seems to be on a retrograde orbit. It's the only body on retrograde ?

As my space station be use as refuel for Gilly and Eve missions, should I set it on prograde or retrograde orbit ?

(I think retrograde would be better, but it would be a bit harder for eve take-off)

As for Eve, I've another mission with land-only probes...
