Could we have this effect on all of the parts?

I noticed that some parts when heated up have some sort of layer that glows red, and others look like this ^^^

Notice how only certain spots of precooler glow red.

Since I am not a modder and have no clue how to model/make effects I assume it's emissives?

They are emissives, yes. You could try this mod for such effects.

Don't we currently have such effect? Every time, when a part of my spacplne is dangerously overheating (just not exploding), it turns reddish like that. And those parts, wich were seriously damaged by the heat, remain reddish.

Sadly what we have indeed what your describing. Glowing radiators, glowing engine nozzles or leading edges, that's all very nice but the entire wing or cockpit should NOT glow. It's not just unrealistic. It also looks horrible.
