Wait... it just won't dock or what?

If that's the case, it's a bug. Try moving the science module away, so that the rest of the vessel gets unloaded (maybe even switching to another vessel so that it gets unloaded might help), or deleting it with hyperedit and putting it back.

If that's not the issue, try fiddling with the dock height. It's probably misaligned.

It was perfectly aligned as you see in the picture. I had to restart the game for it to finally dock o.O crazy bugs
