Lazor System Appears To Break 1.0.4

I can play KSP properly without Lazor, but when I add it things don't work. Specifically when I go to the launch pad I see all the window decorations (navball, engineer displays, etc) but no scene. Then when I switch back to the space center all I see is the background display.

I've probably done something wrong, does anyone know what it might be?

It don't work in 1.04
