Craft Rotating Uncontrollably in Space

Hi all; I have a spaceship in my game and it appears to be glitched; in space/vacuum it constantly rotates on a counter clockwise spin, with no way to sit idle. I have to constantly tweak the craft manually to stabilise its rotation. This is even with SAS enabled. Any ideas why?

What mods do you have installed?

If you have FAR make sure the pilot assist options are off.

Ah it seems to have solved itself; I reinstalled everything from scratch and the problem is gone =)
