UKSAF F-12 Panther JSF

The F12 is a joint project by the UKS Armed Forces to build and maintain a single fighter jet capable of being used by all of the branches for most mission types in order to cut costs. This project has been riddled by cost and time overruns as more and more requirements were piled onto the aircraft. The total cost to the UKSAF for R&D was around $480 billion and unit cost has increased from an expected $25 million to a massive $45 million since the project began. The plane has also lost a large portion of its stealth abilities, its advanced thrust vectoring system, and lost an engine due to the VTOL requirement. Then plane is also not able to utilize any of the UKSAF’s system pods due to a computer system not recognizing them. Originally the F-12 JSF was supposed to be able to share what its powerful radar can see with the other UKSAF fighter jets but that system was also sacrificed for the VTOL requirement.

Here is the Alpheonic Empire's response. An air superiority fighter designed to be superior in every way.

Will be releasing my first fighter that can turn a tighter circle than the VAB stock and unloaded with weapons. It only has one engine, so it isn't very fast. It can break the speed of sound at sea level though. This is not my most recent design, and the newest one is just as maneuverable but has 2 engines, and can maneuver well with weapons loaded.

The hawk is an incredibly maneuverable fighter, but it has very short range. Its countermeasures are also lacking. However, its maneuverability makes up for this.
