Future Update Idea: Oceanic Science

If the developers of Kerbal Space Program would hear my request, perhaps, in a future update, parts could be added allowing closer examination of liquid surface samples, such as from Kerbin's oceans? Of course, this would require the ability to land on liquid planetary surfaces, so could parts allowing amphibious rovers or aquatic landing gear for aircraft potentially be added?

Laythe is already the most interesting place in the game, so adding two more biome types - underwater and on the sea bed - and a few parts for sea planes and for fillable ballast tanks would be very cool to have.

Very good point. I've never reached Laythe, but knowlege of its oceans also could benefit from such scientific upgrades.
