Spaceships Falling apart...

So I was setting up a commsat network. I wanted to put three in orbit around the sun...

So I launched three identical rockets into three different orbits to get them into position,

and went to a parked ship at KSC to time warp all three into position...

Well, I went to the first ship and it was in pieces.

This happened two more times...

This happen to anyone else? It seems common in really high orbits (past minimus) or Kolar orbits..
