What Fails do you encounter the most?

I'm careful when building and flying rockets, and I've gotten pretty good at rendezvous, docking, and Mun/Minmus landings, so what hinders me the most at this point is actually the game malfunctioning xP

Severely overestimating my delta-V needs for everything except for Mun missions. Those I have pretty well down.

I rarely bump into the kraken, but i enjoy the company from time to time.

I was going to tick something along the lines of "design flaws" but i guess more or less is all of them lol

Never had a wing just fall off, but probably all the rest

The one I see the most is the "Warp To Next Maneuver" button not fully stopping.

Agreed. It's not really "Kraken" type bugs, just the little annoyances that ruin your day.

Colliding with launch clamps at 10km. Seriously, this has become so common lately that I go to great legths to make my craft work without clamps.

What is this, btw? I noticed on one flight, launch clamps were spawning next to my ship and falling behind. Is that what you're talking about?

Yes. If it's a big ship it will collide into them and can ruin a launch. I also strictly avoid clamps for everything except my space shuttle.
