Sub-assembly

Goodday,

I haven't played KSP for a few months, but have started playing agin. When I stopped playing a few months ago you could have sub-assemblies, but now I can't find that anymore.

So my question is, how can I make sub-assemblies?

There's an arrow in the top left corner, click that and find the subassembly button. Don't know why they put subassemblies under "advanced options".

Remember that each subassembly must have an attachable root node for it to work. If you make an upper stage or lander, try to select the bottom item as the root.
