How do you pronounce Laythe

For the longest time I thought it was spelled Laythee (thus pronouced Lay-Thee)

But now That I've gotten there, I see that it only has the one E.

so is it:

Lay-Thee (hard E)

Lay-theh (schwa E)

LayTH (silent e with a hard TH, like the rotating grinding tool)

Layth (silent e with a light TH, like someone with a lisp trying to say "Lays")
