Features:

A highly capable All* Terrain Vehicle capable of carrying your kerbals at up to 24.7m/s across the roughest terrain of the Kerbol system, climbing 45 degree slopes and surviving 50m/s+ runs down mountains with 30 metre jumps.

With it's stupidly massive just the right size off-road wheels and light 1.2 tonne construction this vehicle can go places, and with powerful dark magic reaction wheels to prevent rollovers and control attitude over jumps (just think of it as the kerbal shifting their weight) it can go those places with minimal exploding. At 30 parts it's very practical for those times where you just need to carry a couple of kerbals and maybe some science experiments without the size, weight, cost and part count of a bigger rover.

*attempting to drive on the surface of the sun may result in slight evaporating into a ball of fire and being engulfed in the searing fury of sustained nuclear fusion.

It is, except when you forget to switch on the fuel cells and run out of battery midair at 40m/s and after the inevitable crash you have to wait ages for Val to finish rolling down the hill.
