textures differ from sph to lauch

Recommended Posts

i am trying to make a transparent glowing texture for the hub of some wheels im working on but im having issues, the relevent shader is "unlit transparent" and in the sph it looks perfect, exactly how i want it to look and then some (see below)

Javascript is disabled. View full album

once the craft is launched is goes spaz... the black sections are no longer transparent, the texture does not apply when there is just terrain behind it and they generally look terrible ....... see above

any ideas how i can keep the editor texture at launch or another way to get a transparent luminous texture?

Are you using KSP shaders? I'm not sure how much KSP likes you using Unity shaders.

If I could understand what you are saying, I would help.

Unfortunately there's kind of a lack of proper grammar, spelling, etc. I don't mean to be rude but I can't understand you at all.

I can understand him just fine.

the ksp alpha textures are are non glowey, and the emmissve ones are not transparent, this one is transparent and emmissive, just gets screwed up once launched
