Scott Manley is a possible anime fan?

I recently stumbled upon this video, which is about the great space anime, Planetes,

and what surprised me is that it was narrated by Scott Manley! Later on he mentions that he does this kind of thing all the time.

I do recommend watching this video, it shines a lot of light into the effort of making the anime. If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend watching it, even if you're not a particular anime fan. It shows spaceflight very realistically and has a great plot and believable characters.

I'm guessing that he narrated that episode as it had a strong relation to his interests in space flight. If you look at the channel they have a lot of guest narrators.

That is not to say he does or does not like Anime.
