Gene Kerman was working at his desk when he suddenly heard a knock on the door, and he got up and went to open it. To his great surprise, there was not a single Kerbal there, instead, there was just a pile of documents, in a folder on the floor. Picking it up, he read what it said on the front of the folder: "Operation Learstar". He took the folder into his office, sat down at his desk, and began to read the documents..

OPERATION LEARSTAR

((Hello! This will be the beginning to a story/mission report thing concerning the exploration of the Kerbal solar system! The ship that will be mainly used is the stock ship Learstar A1, with which I have fallen in love with after sending it on a mission to the planet of Dres, and I thought it would be fun to do this! I will do my best to post daily, except for when I am busy, or on a trip, etc. As for the actual game, it will be sandbox, and I will be using a lot of Infinite Fuel, as this is not supposed to be a challenge of any sort, but more of a fun story-mission thing. I hope you will enjoy it, and all feedback is very much appreciated, be it questions, comments or criticism. CAST OF CHARACTERS

Gene Kerman

Gene Kerman is the flight director for all the Kerbal missions, but the upcoming one will be

the most exciting. He is the one who found the documents and schematics for the Learstar,

after some Kerbal left them in front of his office. He used to be a pilot and a kerbonaut, but

he is done that for now and prefers to be directing the missions, not controlling them- leave that

to Jeb.

Jebediah Kerman

Jebediah Kerman is one of the classic poster boys for the Kerbonauts, as he is smart,

fearless, and has a tendency to usually be the commander on important missions, and the Learstar

is no exception. He loves adventure but doesn't usually go about it the right way, as he tends to make

rather reckless decisions, especially in the heat of the moment.

Seanwise Kerman

Seanwise Kerman is rather similar to Jebediah, as he is also rather full of himself, and tends

to make decisions first and review them later. However, he is more calculated then Jebediah and earned the

place of the second-in-command on the Learstar mission.

Malcolm Kerman

Malcolm, like Jeb and Sean, was also a pilot, but now he is a Kerbonaut. The Learstar mission

is his very first full space mission that he is assigned to, as he is rather new to the Kerbal Space

Program. However, he loves adventure and having a good time, although in the line of duty he can

be rather serious.

Bill Kerman

Long time friend to Jeb and not a new face at the space center, Bill is an engineer and

is calm, cool and collected. Although he doubts Jeb's competence to lead such an important

mission, he is not vocal about it, but will surely speak up should anything happen.

Traice Kerman

The only female Kerbal on the Learstar mission, Traice Kerman is smart, kind and loves meeting

new Kerbals. She was an Engineer before she joined the Kerbal Space Program, and knows how to

fix almost any machine that has broken down or had a minor malfunction, and the Learstar is sure to

have one or two on its journey!

Eldan Kerman

Eldan Kerman got into the space program rather young and he has not flown into space before, but he is more

than able to do the Learstar mission. He is full of himself and is rather reckless, and finds himself wanting to top

Jebediah in all aspects, although it may be difficult. He has a hot head, but when he is not busy worrying about such matters,

he is a smart and able Kerbal and is a good asset on this mission.

((It was a lot of fun writing about each Kerbal, and these ones will be the main characters! I have given some small spoilers, but nothing big enough to spoil the story!))
