Feedback on the craft editor (VAB and SPH)

I noticed that a lot of the feedback on the editor are (relatively) small features. These features sometimes aren't put into their own thread because of their size, so nobody sees them (including squad).

So I thought I'd make this discussion so the devs can see the small feedback too.

So if you have ideas or opinion, feel free to post them below.

Here are a few things that I'd personally like to have changed/added in the craft editor:

-the ability to remove the symmetry on parts (without having to remove the parts)

-the ability to add/remove parts from the staging menu.
