What is the maximum payload fairing possible for a 2.44m diameter core? Could such a fairing be added to a rocket without significant modifications (fins, etc.)?

BTW, my rocket has a 2.44m diameter core, 6x core boosters, and a 5.1m diameter upper stage. I'm also considering a 6.6 diameter upper stage, but I need feedback on how wide the fairing can be first.
