How do I nerf an engine's efficiency?

So a bit of a noob question.

I'm modding an engine's stats (via module manager) and I'd like to make it significantly less efficient in space.

I'm talkin' turning this thing into a firehose spraying fuel all over the place, polluting space, and making the player want to replace it ASAP.

Current stats are:

maxThrust = 343
atmosphereCurve
{
key = 0 345
key = 1 85
}

The thrust is fine, I just want to seriously nerf the efficiency. I want this thing to be so thirsty for fuel that the player feels like they're committing a warcrime just by staging into this engine.

"key = 0 345" is a point on the atmosphere curve. 0 is the atmospheric pressure and 345 is the isp. From that you can tell that the other value corresponds to an atmospheric pressure of 1 and an isp of 85. To reduce the vacuum isp reduce the isp for atmospheric pressure 0.
