Is it possible to solve it or is it too hard?

well they should figure it out easily but having the way to uncode it is kinda boring you should have it in binary on the back or something like that

you can uncode it with just one magic little line of python

Actually if you're friends know any coding at all they don't need the answers on the side because it is kinda obvious

Is hex binary online url?

I know of no online tool that can handle this long hexadecimal numbers, if thats what you mean, but you could run the python code here
