Ground Docking Bug

Several times over my nearly 1,000 hours of playtime, I have attempted to dock ground vehicles together, usually with rovers. While I can get the vehicles to dock, the rover wheels stop working, even when undocked. Any ideas on how to solve it?

Hmm, you know. I seem to recall running into this before (but it was a long time ago). What I recollect from those times was that the brakes were locked ON, even though the brake light on the GUI was OFF. Try cycling the brakes?

If that's not it, a couple of .craft that repeat it would be handy. Or maybe a save file that has just the affected craft in it. (Assuming it's all stock.)
