Camera and videos parts

I would love to have camera or videocamera part that records picture or video from its viewpoint. Make so it can be hotkeyed or right clicked.

I know I made similar suggestion but I don't seem to be able to find it. Oh well.

You know those experiments, you sent back data and you get science. With these parts there might be a possibility to do this with reputation.

Depending on the footage you sent back, you will get a certain amount of reputation.

It could also be a fulfillment of a conctract: show us proof of having been there, for example

Anyway, I like this idea.

Yes. Even Scott Manley suggested this in one of his videos. His idea was to have a camera module that you would aim at a certain location or a planet and depending on how much, or how big is the planet/zoom/detail, etc. you would get science based on that.

I would love to see it implemented.

I would think it is really simple as game itself already has camera viewpoint code. I think all it needs is a part that has camera point defined in it. And of course necessary code to save pictures and videos.
